"The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Loved that they had a continental breakfast…waffle maker, cold cereal, fresh fruit, breakfast bars and such. It is an older hotel but very clean and was the shower/tub was very, very clean. I also appreciate the two bed room option. Loved that it is a few minutes from family that we come to visit during the Thanksgiving Holiday. Will be back again next year."

"Great hotel. Building is 1919 and renovated approx a year ago. Rooms are small studios (bath and shower separate from the sink which is in the studio) Hotel has a renovated factory warehouse feel--although this building was a social club. Exposed brick, hardwood floors etc. Really nice stay. Tons of free parking and cool restaurants all within walking."

"DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this...
