"Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. "

"The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!"

"View was spectacular. Very walkable area with some restaurants and shopping. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Clean. Main issue was the seaweed smell which was plaguing the coast while we were visiting. Well, it didn’t bother me so much but it did my companions. "

The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was outstanding with plenty of great options for the whole family. We’ve been to Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different resorts, and this was by far our favorite. It’s truly family-oriented and made for a relaxing, memorable vacation."
