"We had a lovely time, we received a room upgrade and a delicious welcome drink upon arrival. Check in was quick and easy, the resort was breathtaking when we arrived. The lobby is massive and impressive, we arrived at our room which was beautiful with a giant king sized bed and ocean view. "Overall everything is awesome. All servers are great, occasionally come across couple buffet food stations where staff looks like they are not super happy to be there. The beach is nice and clean. They also do a good job cleaning and painting everywhere! However, last couple nights the AC was not working well in the room, and the fan was barely working slow... They staff said that the fan speed is fine although it was slower than other rooms by far."

"It is way too big. If you go with a group, they might just move you to any of the 6 or so properties- and they don’t care that you’ll then need to walk 2 miles to your friends area. They didn’t give us our “a-la-cart” reservations so we had to eat the horrible buffet food all the time. We had 6 people -a friend and I each booked ourselves and 2-18 year old girls. Then we wanted to have her and I in one room and the girls in another- in their view that was absolutely NOT POSSIBLE- no idea...

"OMG AMAZING. The loveliest resort I've ever seen and been to. Incredibly helpful staff. The restaurants were all fabulous and had almost every cuisine you could ask for. Loved the events, parties, music, atmosphere and the weather was perfect at New Year's. All the different pool options were great, and the bars were easy to access and order anything you'd like. We're definitely coming back!"

"Not even sure how to review this place. It was a pretty good stay until we got robbed. Had 2 rooms hit in 2 different buildings. It was obviously staff as I don’t know who else would have access to all the rooms. All of our bags were obviously rifled through. The staff didn’t seem too concerned when we told them.
