"The garden and the staff"

"The best part was the location of the hotel, the view of the pyramids and the private gate to the pyramids. You have to request the transfer from hotel to the pyramids via golf cart, which was $15 per person. Overall, restaurants and amenities were excellent."

"Fancy hotel in a fancy neighborhood. Room was spacious but average hotel room. Nothing "extra". Pillows were too soft. And EVERYTHING is overpriced. In fact, I had the most expensive latte (90 MAD ~ 8.25 €) ever at this hotel cafe. There was coffee / tea in room but surprisingly no milk (milk would cost extra!). Safe neighborhood. ~ 20 min walk to old town / medina. And ~ 30 min walk to Gueliz (an upscale neighborhood)"

"Great resort, very well-maintained property. Good waterpark resort."

"Nice price hence pretty load / nearby main street"

"See you next year!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect. The staff were extremely polite & helpful. The gardens were a great bonus. They were very well maintained & housed tortoises & peacocks. The entertainment was very good with a lovely team. The stand out for us was the food. Although buffet style it was exceptionally cooked & presented every meal. We will definitely be back."

"Loved the pool and amenities."

"The best hotel in the world. I’ve stayed many a place on the top 50 hotels but this one is the best by far that I have experienced. I’ve never experienced better service, care, and attention to detail. The architecture was a true work of art. The cuisine superb, ambiance 10/10."

"It was our first time in Marrakech. The hotel emailed us back with questions and was extremely helpful even before arriving. The room was very nice. It is great value for what we paid. The bathroom was gorgeous. A beautiful shower and stain glass window. The room worked well. The lighting was pretty with high ceilings and a good bed. We slept well and woke up to a great breakfast with smiling staff and very warm and kind. We highly recommend this RIAD. It was safe, comfortable- they made us feel...
