"Not user friendly for people with health conditions ….no elevators between floors. Reception desk staff very deceiving and not straight forward. Website for hotel does not give a clear picture or differentiate that hotel has two different sides to it. When we booked in hotel website we randomly picked a location or room since no clear description given …..at check in staff at reception said we can change to other part of hotel and charged an additional $120 US ON TOP OF $1807 charged for hotel....
