"My wife and I stayed here 3 different times over a 5 1/2 week period. It was our "home base" for our trip to three African countries. The room we had was very quiet on an upper floor at the end of the hall. The room was large and very comfortable. The free breakfast is outstanding. "Property was as per expected / reviews etc were quite accurate - it is probably the lowest cost to stay in Grand Baie - got to say Monday the cleaner made an exceptional effort to make it as clean as possible. Property needs investment but it is good for my purpose - only issue that cant be helped is the echo from guests being amplified. Wifi - not really useful unless in reception."
