"I was a very unpleasant stay due to several factors: - the food was tasteless and limited to no refill. Unclean restaurant and no hygiene. You have to come first otherwise there is nothing left - half of the slide of the aqua park were closed. When asked about the situation you can different answers from different staff members - the restaurant and hotel staff are very unfriendly and they don’t care about your experience Two positive points: - nice warmed pool - friendly entertainment crew"

We used their personalised entrance service to go directly to the pyramids without the usual entrance way which was nice - it’s not a glamorous entrance mind, but it’s very convenient.
