"Beautiful property in a surreal environment. The staff was wonderful, and the fiod was excellent! We gad a ruver view room, whichbwas amazing. Only down side was we could hear our neighbors through the walls. Other than that no issues. Marvin, a tour guide, was the best! So very nice and professional with a vast knowledge of the flora and fauna, history, etc. "

"We had a wonderful stay in the seafront villa at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff we encountered were great. It was very nice that you were able to schedule your housekeeping anytime between 8am - 8pm as to not interrupt your day. Julio was great making sure we were well cared for, whether it was a room service order, or a maintenance request, he was responsive on WhatsApps within minutes.
