"The sargassum infestation made this a complete waste of money. Most people plan trips 6 months in advance, like I did. This was a complete waste of money. There were at most 5 people at the property, no one gave us the word or a gigantic discount for this trip. Many lessons learned. The biggest is that I will never use Expedia again. Back to Costco Travel. They know how to treat their customers."

"The resort is in the middle of San Pedro Town, but feels like a private enclave with jungle like vegetation around the entrance and interior of the property. It is very well maintained and clean. The sargassum was bad while we were there. The poor maintenance guys were fighting a Sisyphean battle to keep the beach clean. The food at Pineapples is fine, but not noteworthy. "The air con in the seafront villa left much to be desired and thus made it difficult to really enjoy the room after sunrise."

"The property is absolutely amazing however the staff really put the icing on the cake. Amenities were great, having the in-house kitchen was amazing to keep costs down and make some of our own food. The staff and security at the hotel were so on top of everything."

"I loved the beach view 😍 from my room named the maya. We did get a complimentary drink, but no breakfast. Didn't see much of the staff just front desk wasn't that friendly with us just normal. Need friendly outgoing staff"

"Everything was perfect. Staff, amenities, tours, food, site, everything. We especially liked your dive/snorkel team of Rene and Hicento, who were professional, safety conscious, and gentle with my three teenagers as they navigated a discovery dive for the first time. If we are ever in Ambreygris Caye again, Victoria House is the only place we would stay."
