"The staff was amazing, from beginning until the end of our journey. They have a wide variety of food, lots of activities for everyone, shows, you name it. A children's water park which is not big, but it wasn't too crowded when we traveled which made this a plus. The water park is a must do for the little ones. "Clean and nice sized rooms. The check-in lady was helpful even though we were early. The pictures of the property are a bit misleading. There is a good sized pool and a lap pool that is more relaxing. There is no beach, just lounge chairs on sand that leads to some dirty water. Whereas a highlight of many resorts is their daily entertainment, this was a huge disappointment. Multiple times, we had to ask for the scheduled activity to actually take place. "No shade. Was amazed at this. Had to sneak out before dawn to put a towel on chair that was under one of the 34 umbrellas for the approximate 500 guests and it was removed by other guests anyhow. Signs told everyone not to do this, but the umbrellas were too few and everyone did it. There had no umbrellas on the beach. Filter (or lack of) from air conditioner in room gave us an upper respiratory infection. Staff were nice. "

"We stayed at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana and were extremely disappointed given the price and expectations of a 5-star, family-friendly all-inclusive. While the beach is beautiful, pools are clean, and some staff were friendly, the overall experience did not match what was advertised.
