"We loved our stay. One blimp during the stay that we were not informed about that some items in the restaurant were not included in our all inclusive plan and required an upcharge. A waiter told us about that after we ate the upcharged fish. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to know about that before we ordered food. Anyway, the property is clean, the beds were a bit small but comfortable, food was great, drinks were good. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend"

"The property is very safe and beautiful. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. This was our second time there. Unfortunately wasn't as good as the first. We had two rooms, one didn't have AC working correctly and they would not fix it and didn't offer to move us until 5 days in with two days left. Also had a sink leaking that wasn't fixed. "The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the service was amazing from start to finish. The staff was so polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Everything throughout the resort was very clean, and the setting truly felt like you were staying in the middle of a rainforest. The hot springs were incredible and made the whole experience even more special. We absolutely loved our stay at Tabacón and would definitely recommend it!"

"Beautiful immaculate property. Great helpful staff, so many hot springs and pools, with really fun monkey slide. Enjoyed onsite activities like tubing, rock climbing, horseback riding (through the river was wild). And love the free laundry we can use. Food is pretty good too. Highly recommend!"

"The staff is what makes the stay! An absolutely phenomenal group of people who truly care about you and what they do. Buffet food was great although the a la carte restaurants stood out. From the moment I checked in with Mitzi, to the little tour and information provided by the bellhop Elvin to even the servers and hosts (I wish I could remember everyone's name!) but quite the excellent stay.
