"Not as bad as some of the reviews suggest but not great. The pictures are real and it looks good. The service could be better, the restaurant booking system needs to improve. I would recommend it for families because there is a lot for kids to do and be distracted by. Would not recommend for adults or couples. Other than that, it was clean and well maintained. "Manage your expectations- the resort is not luxury or upscale, but was "fine" overall. Our family has been to over a dozen all inclusive resorts all across the Caribbean, so we have clear standards for what makes a resort good or great. The check in process was a bad. The deposit we paid to Expedia did not transfer to the hotel so we had to pay the whole amount at check in. "The property is beautiful, but unfortunately my stay had several issues. The biggest thing everyone should know is that there is an electricity usage limit. If you exceed it, you’ll be charged extra. This was especially frustrating because housekeeping left our lights on every day after cleaning, which likely increased our electricity usage.
