"Just a basic hotel"

"Our room was cleaned upon arrival and it was cleaned and restocked daily. We had access to 2 beaches for free and had the option of others around the resort. The staff was very helpful and informative. Our balcony was connected to the private pool which added to the overall experience."

"We enjoyed our stay at Kunuku Aqua Resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was great, and the property was beautiful and spacious. Our downstairs room was a bit small with a small outdoor area, but it was cleaned every day. We did notice that soap/toiletries weren’t always replaced and there were no mats by the bed or in the bathroom. Overall, we had a lovely stay!"

"If you like air conditioning, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! Our room felt around 85°F throughout our stay. We traveled with two other couples, and one couple switched rooms only to find the same problem. When we complained at the front desk, we were given a $10 fan. An employee told us the air conditioning throughout the hotel was basically broken, which certainly seemed to be the case. The employee also said the hotel had done nothing to fix the problem or acknowledge it. The...

"The Sea Aquarium Resort was amazing! The staff at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were endlessly friendly when arranging taxis or answering questions about local activities. The private beach was immaculate with comfortable loungers and plenty of shade. It was made for the novice or more experienced snorkelers. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a balcony that overlooked the dolphin training lagoons in the actual aquarium. Eating at the on-site restaurant was awesome and...

The location is perfect we were able to walk into Punda despite having a car, the walk back to the hotel was lovely.It’s a short drive from Mood beach and other beaches on that end. "The location is very close to the nicest beaches in Curacao, the hotel is good, spacious room with a big balcony. I didn’t feel like in a hotel because you have to pay (order stuff from the restaurant) to use beach chairs and to use the pool which makes no sense to me. Don’t expect anything luxury about this place. We tried the bakery for breakfast every morning and we didn’t like it. We liked the pizza at night.
