"This is a great property in an amazing location! Many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly. Our housekeeper, Angelique, was the best! She made us a different towel animal each day with a fun sweet note! We loved having a Starbucks inside the hotel! It's on level 2 which is conveniently on the way out to the beach. The lobby has ice water with fresh fruit in it daily. The entire hotel was very clean and they always had clean towels ready at the beach. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Kontiki Beach Resort. The rooms are beautiful and our view was fantastic. We especially loved the little private plunge pool on the deck — it made the stay feel extra special. The beach area is very lively with great restaurants, beach clubs, and plenty of shopping nearby, so there is always something to do. Just be prepared for loud music on Wednesday nights due to the beach club events, but aside from that it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come...

"The only issue was our bedroom faced a main road and the traffic noise was a bit loud in the morning. It was a short walk to the beach, which was beautiful. "

"We had a garden apt. With outdoor kitchen and living space. This was excellent and very comfortable and useful. We cooked many meals, as we tend to do on vacation. Our 2nd bathroom did have a bad smell from the drain, which was unpleasant. We remedied that by keeping the window in the bathroom open and a towel at the botttom of the door, using the other bathroom 100% of the time. The bedroom was fine after that. The grounds and snorkeling were excellent."

"I booked an Ocean View Junior Suite, but unfortunately was never placed in that room due to a pipe burst prior to my arrival. Instead, I was moved to a two-bedroom room with additional space that I did not need. The room I was placed in also had no hot water and drainage issues, which made the stay frustrating. During the trip, I was then asked to move rooms again to accommodate another reservation, which added to the inconvenience. Communication from the property manager was inconsistent and...

"Start to end was an amazing trip. Met so many wonderful staff. Biorn helped us book a returning trip and the chemistry between him and Jurynella had us laughing entire time. Met Alana bartending and decided our return would be to her home country of Grenada. I look for ward to returning to Curacao in future. I still need a Chi Chi doll"
