"Beautiful stay. We had an oceanfront balcony which we very much enjoyed and used daily. Staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. I appreciate that there are no tv’s in the rooms, which helps with being in the moment and focusing on the beautiful setting that you are in. Beautiful pool and steps from the ocean. Walkable to downtown Willemstad, as well as bus stops. Would definitely stay again."

"The pool was small the food was not that great Botalino in El Mari was really good. Dreams buffet was not hygienic. Flies birds picking on the food😒 House keeping was sooooo poor!! I had to ask for water robe no slippers. They didn’t change sheets didn’t clean bathroom."

"The location of this hotel is amazing, the water and the beach are really nice. I wish their staff that walks around the beach would be more attentive to their guest. For instance, offering to bring something like a drink or a menu, during our six days stay we were approached twice during the entire six days we were there. Their breakfast has lots of variety and very affordable. And the proximity to restaurants and shops are within a few minutes and it's part of the location so there's no need...

"Was a nice stay for the first time & this hotel. However my only issus was the following: No heaters in the room for pressing clothing, no USB or plugs for charging cells or laptops. We had to purchase plugs @ the front desk for 6.00 US . Also found check-out can be 12.00 pm and not 11.00 pm. Other than that i enjoyed!"

"Just don’t book book this hotel unless you want to be disappointed. The snorkel g is decent and some staff were ok. Odds are you won’t get what you pay for when you book. We were robbed of our ocean front room. Had to change rooms 3 times over 2 days to get working AC. Most people we spoke with didn’t have working AC in their rooms and had to use fans which helped but rooms stayed in the high 80’s anyway. Food was terrible at buffet and restaurants. Menus never changed, quality was poor, and...

"I stayed here for 5 nights and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms are outdated and have a strong musty smell from humidity. The dehumidifier leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor, making it slippery. My daughter fell because of this, which was very concerning. "Beautiful property! It's unfortunate that the water in the shower doesn't stay hot for too long. I also didn't like the fact that I couldn't use my free drink voucher on a Saturday. I realized too late that we were only supposed to use them during Fridays evening event. It's the same bar , same liquor, I really didn't see what the big deal was.... Other than that it was a nice stay."
