"The room was clean and very nice. The staff gives a exelente service. Shops and restaurants nearby were good. Breakfast is good."

"The staff was very friendly and attentive, and we really enjoyed the beach. Unfortunately, our experience with the apartment was very disappointing. The apartment did not feel like the Kontiki experience shown on the website. One of the main reasons we chose Kontiki was the beautiful tropical pool and resort atmosphere, but the apartments are located separately from that area, and the pool for the apartment section was still under construction during our stay. "Beautiful hotel, very nice and helpful staff and a big parking lot! Would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel"

"Great location. Great resort. Great staff Good snorkeling off resort beach"

"Calm and peaceful environment! Awesome for a reset!"

"Amazing visit Thank you so much for all your help We definitely coming back again !!"

"Entire property was kept very nice and clean. Everything was great except the “second” bedroom didn’t have a tv and that was a bummer for those that stayed in that room. Very friendly place."

"Stayed here the first half of my birthday trip & I loved it ! I initially book The Garden , & ended up wanting to switch to The Ivory & I fell in love with it ! The staff was helpful to a certain extent. They were speaking Spanish to one another & smirking when I requested to change rooms , & acted like it was coming out of their paycheck. I guess they thought I couldn’t speak Spanish. Well you never know who’s bilingual & who’s not. They did not inform the person at the front desk , so when it...
