"I loved this hotel and will definitely return once the resort is fully open. The resort is beautiful, modern, and very convenient. One of my favorite things was that the restaurants and entertainment areas are air-conditioned, which makes a huge difference compared to many other resorts. I also loved that there are plenty of bars throughout the property, so you never have to wait long for a drink. The golf carts that shuttle guests to the beach were another great convenience. "This was an okay stay. Pros: - Beautiful grounds - Lots to do there - Kids club until midnight a plus. Cons: - Activities not advertised - Most staff encounters were unhelpful - Obviously biased to folks who spoke Spanish. - The food was 6/10. - Reservations were not honored. - Roaches found in the rooms. - Floors leaked something fierce. Overall it’s not somewhere I would return to. Just an okay stay."
