"Clean property with great service. Since they have a water park, the resort had a lot of kids. Very family oriented. I don’t recommend this resort if you’re single and looking for a party place."

No habia amenities en los baños, el baño de mi habitacion tupido. La comida con mala calidad. Muy mal servicio en la cafe shop del lobby bar y de el sport bar.. La piscina de mi habiatacion cortaron la hierba de alrrededor y dejaron basura dentro del agua y todos los pies marcados de sucio de fango. Las toallas de la habitacion empercudidas y las de las piscina...

"Great customer service"

"Check in was not good. I am a member of the hotel. Due to the fact that I booked through Expedia I was unable to use my membership that was paid for. The front desk was not helpful and just went back and forth with me advising I should have booked through the hotel. This has never been a thing. The room was not clean floor was dirty and sofa bed was left open. The highlight has always been the entertainment staff and bartenders. They never disappoint."

"Overall excellent place, very friendly and professional staff, we loved our stay. The only thing we weren’t happy about was that the pool closed at 7… it would have been nice to have some evening swims. Also great transportation accommodations available onsite!"

"It’s not finished and there is a ton of construction going on. It’s not organized and employees do not understand a lot of questions. Resort credits are a joke. The pools are great and the water sides are great. Ice cream is also good. The arcade is good because all the games are free. I suspect that could change. It should be wonderful in the future but right now it’s not completely finished and a lot of stuff is not open or complete. We loved the pools that were open."

"This was our second time visiting Excellence Punta Cana. Our stay started rocky with not having hot water which resulted in us changing rooms 3 times. This put a damper on our trip because we were traveling all day. After we were finally settled in our room, the Excellent Club graceously gifted us with a free romantic dinner on the beach, which we enjoyed. One con on this trip was the DJ, he seemed to play the same music that catered to one demographic. The DJ played every night with only 3-5...

"The lady who cleaned the bedroom , Ruddy, was very friendly and did a wonderful job. In the dining room, Mesa Restaurant, Emilia served us so well. Kerman, the bellman greeted and fairwelled us very gently. The hotel great, but these people made it better."
