"Elevators were not working. Bathroom shower got cold when you opened another faucet. Lunch at restaurants start late. They should start at 11:30am or 12 noon the latest. Found property to be cookie cutter in it designed. Love the customer service, the water park and lazy river!"

"The resort was beautiful, the steak house wasn't good to me, but the other restaurants were good. The room needs to be updated, especially the closets. "The property is very lovely and the pools are great. The pool bar employees are nice and they make a good cocktail. The beach is a quick few minute ride with a shuttle and the beach bar and area is great as well. Oscar makes a great mojito! The buffet and El Olivo had very tasty food and good service. The only downside was there was a musty smell in our room. We loved our stay at the Aquamarine and will be back! "

"Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family."
