"Pools were lower temperature than desired as an alternative to the ocean. Some staff were friendly, some were not or were passive. Food quality was mostly poor for the resort price compared to other all-inclusives that we’ve visited. Offsite Excursions were fun and well managed from booking to transport and the excursion itself."

"Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience
At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price.
Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms...
