"Towels in the suite we missing requested and unfortunately they delivered very small towels, requested again and they removed my hand towels and gave small towels. Staff needs to be more hospitable. Food was terrible at the buffet. Will not be returning to this place."

"Casa is the best place to stay in the DR, very private and secure. Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible. Golf is great, but so are the beach, pools, and restaurants. All inclusive is the best way to go."
