"Resort was enjoyable. Staffs were very friendly but seemed busy all the time. When we strike a good conversation with the staffs, they seemed distracted always keeping an eye out for a supervisor. It would have been nice to have chatted with some and get to know the locals. Communication regarding ferry to and from resort was conflicting. One staff said the ferry to the resort was free and we were responsible for the ferry back. Another said ferry was on our own. We ended up paying for both...

"The front desk staff, especially the ladies in the morning were so helpful and kind. My husband left his kindle on our flight, and the ladies especially Rae were instrumental in the recovery of the kindle. They took the time to track down and secure the kindle until we were able to get back to the airport. Thank you so very much. The property is beautiful, well kept and welcoming."

"We loved our stay at the Sofitel! We had a garden bungalow that was just one hut away from the beach. It was beautiful and very convenient to get to the beach and watersports desk. We were able to park our car easily, and everything is within a short walk. I checked out a paddleboard everyday, and we could use life vests. We booked a snorkel adventure easily. We loved their breakfast each morning, and had a nice dinner there one night. Our favorite part of the resort is the amazing coral...

"Great location. Within walking distance to ferry terminal and cruise terminal. Close to waterfront- nice area to walk along. Several restaurants within walking distance for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Staff very friendly- alway ready with a smile. Hair dryers not in room but available upon request. Strange thing - could not figure out how to turn off bathroom light so closed door at night. Also , in our room anyways, both the toilet and the bed were so high lol "
