"Good location, great for solo YOUNG traveller, getting up and down in that low bed was tough for an old timer"

"This hotel/apartment was in a great location, the one bedroom unit worked perfectly for our family of 4. The couch bed was very comfortable, more comfortable than queen bed in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The location cannot be beat. We walked everywhere on the days we stayed in Reyk. Parking was fine if you know where to go and how to pay each day. Only suggestion is to add a small cart or somewhere to put toiletries in the bathroom as there was no countertop or vanity....

"Our first night was a bit confusing, given there was no front desk help. One restroom had no lights, making it difficult to shower or use the restroom. Second part of the stay. The toilet flush system was broken. We had to use the community bathroom in the same building around the corner from our room—no big deal—but the doors were very loud and slammed throughout the night. Location was great for all downtown activities and bus shuttling for outdoor excursions. The rooms were dark considering...

"Overall it's good for a night or two at best. Upon check-in I noticed a broken towel hook, a couple stains on the couch, a child's toy and lots of dirt under the couch, and there was no trashcan. I let the virtual front desk know about the towel hook and requested a trashcan both through text and a phone call. They said they would make a note of the hook and have someone bring a trashcan. "I only have one recommendation for the hotel. In the lobby, change the ringtone at reception. It is the default tone that immediately breaks the vacation mentality and brings one back to the normal grind of every day life"

"Close to the airport. Airport shuttle service a plus. Couple of places to eat close to the hotel. They could use contrast on the stairs leading up to the entrance and it’s hard for someone with low vision to see the elevator buttons and room numbers because the hallways are really dark."
