"Rooms and property were in fantastic shape. Food was great in all restaurants that we visited except the snack bar. Did not like our snacks there. Pools were excellent. Service and easy check in was amazing. Did not like certain upcharges on lobster tail and Pinot Grigio."

"Fantastic staff, beautiful room and grounds. Food was delicious. We were lucky to enjoy a Jamaican feast. Drinks were top tier. Good wine at dinner, bar drinks were made to order the way you like them ( enjoyed a salt rimmed classic margarita, a vodka olive martini, ice cold beer and rum punches that weren’t watered down at all as other reviews said). Beach was lovely pool was well lit at night. Comfortable bed! Loved having robes in the room but I do suggest putting more size inclusive ones....

"They don’t have elevators . You have to climb lots of stairs . Everything is a walk . The parking was across the street and down the road . The food was mediocre and mostly American . The good - the beach was awesome and most of the staff were exceptional."

"This is a beautiful resort. The location is great, about a half hour from the airport .The beach is amazing. Our room was great, spacious and comfortable. The staff were wonderful, the only issue I had was we were celebrating a 60th birthday and our butlers did nothing to acknowledge it, our group for what’s app was named birthday group (my husband and I share our birthday), this was just a small thing. "We had ants and other bugs in our room. Every bar in the resort will run out of liquor and wouldn’t replenish till the next day. Excuses were made for being understaff. Some of the personal work alone, especially at the food truck. I wouldn’t recommend."
