"The best"

"The resort is beautiful and the staff were quite helpful. We booked a Privilege room and absolutely recommend it based off the additional amenities you receive. The swim-up pool for our room was great and we enjoyed using it. There was always lots of entertainment and activities throughout the day! The spa was good, felt a little rushed out after our massages. The beach was fair - it could really handle more chairs and cabanas. Even with Privilege and a dedicated beach we often found difficulty...

"Family of four. 14 and 9. All inclusive was well worth it. Snacks available at all times. Staff very attentive at pool. Really a great experience. One wish would be a better coffee experience, better coffee fastet...but that's nitpicking"

"It was very clean. The food was amazing everywhere we want to eat. The food was 10 out of 10. The rooms were huge and beautiful. I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. Sometimes I would catch people rolling their eyes and just being very dry, but when we went on tours the staff on the tours and excursions were amazing very friendly very nice. I do have to say,...

"Room was clean, spacious, plenty of storage. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Beautiful clean beach. Perfect for a relaxing stay. All staff we encountered were wonderful, helpful, kind and I mean all of them. Gardeners, life guards, front desk, bar and restaurant, housekeeping, maintenance, entertainment, fitness. Kudos to these amazing people. 24 hour coffee shop. Really nice gym with sauna in the restroom. Easy dining and good food. Things that could be better- a map...

"Hotel was very clean and updated. Pool is average size but wasn’t crowded during our stay. We did not use the one on the 5th floor during our stay. It is small but we never saw more than 2/3 people in it. Restaurants were all clean, staff efficient and friendly and food very good. Outside bar is ok. Bartenders and servers were mostly nice and helpful. Beach area for hotel is smaller and you need to get a seat very early to be on the front row. Drink menu is limited at the beach and no food...

"Ate at Mobay buffet several times while on vacation. I must compliment the chef down to the waiters and waitresses. On some of those occasions we were served by Odain and Shante and couldn’t have had any better service. Wonderful dining experiences. I stayed at Lady Hamilton room 2721 and cannot complain about the cleaning she did in my room. Satisfied the whole experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for a great vacation!"

"We stayed here as a family for spring break 2026 with 2 other families. Overall, I definitely recommend it, we had a wonderful time, but it wasn’t without a few compromises. Pros: great location, love the pool and beach. The cleaning staff did an excellent job in our room each day, they were the champs of the resort!
