"Entire staff was exceptional. From the waitresses and waiters. The maids kept our room clean every day. They even turned down our bed every night. Every day there was another event or something to do. The entertainment was very good as well. "

"The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Our room was nice and clean. The food is great. Plenty of seating everywhere. I was disappointed that our room did not have the king bed and the swing was missing on the patio. The wait time for our room was much too long. They tried to make other arrangements and we were able to get the dinner reservations we wanted."

"If you’re looking for a fun but relaxing place to go to Rui Reggae is the place for you. You’re also able to go to the other neighbor hotels that have different vibes. Rui Reggae is by far the best place to vacation. You have 3 different pools, the beach, swim up bars & fun games throughout your stay.The cleanliness of the rooms were excellent & also comes with a balcony. The STAFF was amazing whether you’re at the lobby bar/front desk, the buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner, entertainment...

"Wonderful resort! Great staff, room, entertainment, pools and beach. The food was outstanding. I was extremely impressed and will def be back. They truly take care of their customers and go avove and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and having a great time. I can't say enough great things about this resort and the staff. "Everything was good. Other people had issues with things being taken from their room, but we did not experience that. Only negative thing we dealt with was some of the staff acting annoyed and rude at times. Aside from that we had a blast, great room, most of the staff was great, beaches dreamy, and culture was fun!
