"Rooms were very clean as well as the entire property. Staff wasn’t as customer service friendly as expected. I know cultural difference may play a part. But there were a few that were extremely nice (Saneika at the inside bar and Jahmarie at Rosehall). True customer service friendly. Remembered my drink daily and my coffee and juice request for breakfast. The entertainment was lacking overall in the day. DJ plays for himself and the crew few years back was more interactive poolside etc. ...

"We Liked the property overall and had a good time. However, we booked specifically to participate in the Dolphin experience on-site. However, the Dolphins have not returned to the property. And although Dolphin Cove is close to the resort, it would be helpful for guests to know this information upon booking."

"Overall stay was okay, however the hotel had multiple area that was wet and ceiling leaking from the rain, water was running all over the floors creating a hazard, could have controlled better, my toilet was not flushing for a few hours, leaving a smell of body waste in the room due to it sitting there unable to flush, I was told there was a plumbing and water issue, also the chairs in the theater was very hard and uncomfortable. The entertainment was okay for only 2 of the shows as the dancers...

"Everything was amazing. The only thing that I would complain about if I had to complain about anything would be the fact that consistently throughout our stay, there was people smoking in their room, which was causing our smoke alarms to go off several times a day and it was very annoying, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault that’s the people that don’t like to listen."

"No running water for a day. Food was subpar Restaurants closed early. Room service took hours Ordered at 10:30 pm. Food came at 1:30am"

"My experience was really great as a solo traveler for my birthday. The staff were very helpful with whatever i needed and answered questions. The room was cleaned everyday. The pools are amazing. You must try the spa!!!! That massage was top tier."
