"Great for families of all ages, especially with small children. The waterpark is definitely one of the best amenities. All the restaurants are great, however the main dining buffet steals the show every night with plentiful items and different selections to choose from every day."

The day of check out, we had 4 group of staff members that came to our door started from 8:30 to 10 reminding us that check out is at 12. Which to us was unnecessary since we knew that we were supposed to leave anyway. We had dirty glasses that stayed in our room for 2 days. It was so bad that ants was all over it. For a place that been open for only 5 years, they need to do better."

"I like that the property was on the beach, it’s a nice property with nice amenities. Bed covers were not clean upon arrival and room had a mildew oder. One day I had to call 4 times to ask that my room be cleaned as it had not been cleaned all day, Staff was either extremely nice or extremely rude one of the life guards was really rude because I asked him for help with an umbrella on the beach after being told by a life guard at the pool that it’s the life guards responsibility. "Properties were very clean, however, we had to change rooms because of bugs. We also had bugs in the new room. We loved the restaurants, foods that were served, the variety. We loved the shops and entertainment and informative app. All of the staff we interface with were polite and very helpful."

My only complaints are that the entertainment wasn’t Jamaican—it was mostly American music, which took away from the local vibe I was hoping for. Also, the private nudist island was only open one day during my week‑long stay, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel."
