The shower was old and no hot water. Overall, the hold building needs refurbishment to bring it back to the lovely Relax Resort that I remember from over the years.👍😊"

"I paid over $1800.00 to stay at the Grandiosa between 5/26-6/15/20 and they were not open for business due to COVID-19. I have made numerous calls with no response. Hotels.com have tried as well with no response. I don’t believe that they are still a functioning hotel. I am demanding my money back and I demand that Hotels.com intervene and make sure that my money is returned! So far I have been told that my money is non refundable.
