Not good work.efford.It was my Birthday my 60th and choose Mangrawn green island first decision house keep never clean my room until 7pm my fridge never was stock next day after calling 5 times. "Positives: Food was great, especially Gondola. The beach was nice and calm, with plenty of available lounge chairs and umbrellas. It was on a bay, not the ocean, so the water was calm, and not a lot of vendors. Big variety of pools. Dolphin experience was fantastic. Negatives: As with most resorts, impossible to get a pool side lounge chair - they were "reserved" before we got up (although reserving was ostensibly forbidden, this was not enforced.) "Amazing staff. Great food. Not many guests or activities at the moment. Had a junior deluxe ocean front room. The view was wow! Spa was amazing. The beach was not great. Its extremely small and man made with not much of a view while swimming except the man made rock barrier. The ware doesn't get tonyhe knees. There are tons of pools though. Cleaning staff was terrible. Room did not hold up to the cleanliness expected at that price point."

"Staff is amazing , work very hard to please everyone but unfortunately the property is outdated and not well maintained. For a family with children the buffet doesn’t offer hamburger, pizza , hotdogs, you need to go to the outside grill and after waiting your turn for your food then meet up with your family to eat at the buffet, by then everyone finished eating . Ocean , the beach and staff are the best part of this hotel"

"We loved that the beach was right across the street from the property and they even had a crossing guard to help us. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. I took my 21 month old great grandson and he had the time of his life! Even the night entertainment catered to him by letting him play the drums and the maracas. He danced and partied with the crowd! The hostess even invited him back for next year and announced that he should receive a standing ovation. Which everyone was...

"This resort is wonderful and even boat ride is included plus they pick u up and drop u off from the airport. Each employee remembers us by our first name which is impressive. Chefs and managers r wonderful mainly chef Anish went out of his way to make sure we like food and he specifically cooked two day for us even manager Gerry was so nice that he make sure everything is going perfectly with each customer and overall all staff was vary friendly and helpful."
