"The hotel is beautiful and beach is gorgeous. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, although the beds are hard as a rock.. The food is not very good and the service is hit or miss. Some of the staff is super nice and helpful, while many are rude and act like they are miserable."

"The staff, food, property was amazing. A little confusing with 2 separate buildings and which elevator to take. I had one big bug issue in the bathroom. Took the staff about an hour to get to my room to remove this monster. But Than I requested shower to be bleached and that was completed quickly. The room I had was actually really nice"

"The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The hotel and our suite were beautiful, definitely recommend the Junior Suite with the semi private pool. We didn’t have any water on the second day for a few hours in the morning however this didn’t spoil anything because we enjoyed the beach, pool, food and drinks so much. First time to Jamaica and to the resort, looking forward to going back to both!"

"Lush garden. The lobby has plenty seating. Did not enjoy the hotel. I do believed I didnt get the room that I paid for. The air conditioner was first so loud. The man came and bridge it with a piece of wood. We had to turn it off and use the fan. The bathroom had rust on the soap dish holder and the shower curtain rod. The room had a musty smell. We cut the trip short and left Sunday instead of Monday."
