"Excellent hotel! Staff are amazing throughout the hotel, welcoming, friendly and take their jobs seriously. The hotel is fantastic, rooms are big and spacious and the amenities are nice.
The only let down is the shop. Be careful in turkey with paying by card in any shop. The shop in the reception overcharged me and made me pay £88 by card for a body spray that was supposed to be priced at 20 euros. Big let down for the hotel as this shop isn’t even representative or part of the hotel. That’s...
