"The food at this property wasn't good at all, very limited options, the staff wasn't very friendly at all, I had to make a complaint at the front dest, there's a short girl working at the reception desk, who is very rude, I think she doesn't like her job at all, very negative personality. I definitely won't stay there again, also it's away from the city."

"Overall we were quite disappointed in this hotel. It carries the "Savoy" name but is considerably rough around the edges. One of the four hotel buildings is actually an incomplete building site. The finishings in the rooms are of a quite sub-standard (poor tile grouting, marble still have writing on it from installation, our balcony door would not lock). Car cannot drive to fromt door but if you call the riad they will help tell driver where to go and meet you to help with luggage to riad. Very safe while close to the outdoor market.
