"Lo que más me gustó fue el edificio en si. La decoración muy cuidada y la zona de piscina muy agradable. La ubicación del Riad , fenomenal, en la Medina.A muy poca distancia de la plaza de Marrakech. La habitación, deja mucho que desear. El armario y las mesillas ridículos, pequeñísimos. Lo peor fue el baño ,sin secador de pelo ni una simple banqueta y no había ni un enchufe."

"My room was freezing cold. Unfortunately the radiator from 1920 didn’t work. The engineer made 4 trips with different tools at 11:00 at night but still couldn’t get it to work. I slept in my clothes. The shower was lovely but seriously flooded the bathroom with 3 inches of water. My chicken dinner at the Asian restaurant was undercooked which is a recipe for serious illness and rice was $15 extra. Suggestion Always pay the hotel Transfer because they will help you with the bags, due to taxis are not allowed inside the Medina. If you book your own taxi you ll have to take your own bags into the riad and believe me, it will be a nightmare. Transfer for us was 15 euros, ...

"Wir haben vier wunderbare Nächte zu zweit im Riad Monceau in Marrakesch verbracht (inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen) und waren rundum begeistert. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Live-Jazzband am Abend – mitreißend und sehr unterhaltsam. Die Musik findet direkt im Innenhof im Restaurantbereich statt und sorgt für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Da das Restaurant sehr gut besucht ist, empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Unser Zimmer „Calif“ war wunderschön und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet....

"Overall we were quite disappointed in this hotel. It carries the "Savoy" name but is considerably rough around the edges. One of the four hotel buildings is actually an incomplete building site. The finishings in the rooms are of a quite sub-standard (poor tile grouting, marble still have writing on it from installation, our balcony door would not lock). "Heel mooi en rustig hotel. Prettig om te verblijven. Toplocatie, 5 minuten rijden naar het strand. Enige minpuntje was dat er geen waterkoker op de kamer aanwezig was maar dat is persoonsgebonden natuurlijk. Ook was het ontbijt niet geweldig maar met alle eetzaakjes en restaurants in de buurt is dat totaal niet erg. Wij hebben zeer genoten van dit hotel en raden het iedereen aan. "

"Well laid out hotel. Found there were restrictions on what food/drink was available where. Not a major thing but frustrating. En-suite bathroom layout was a little strange - location of sink, location of hand soaps, weirdly high towel rack, strange blinds not a wall so everything going in the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom. Poor soundproofing / terrace door which meant the overly loud evening v entertainment was very loud in our room."
