"Our stay at the riad had both positives and negatives. The riad itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and we really enjoyed the food, breakfast, and poolside service. "L’hôtel est clairement vieillissant et ne correspond pas au standing attendu. Malgré plusieurs demandes formulées auprès du service clientèle, rien n’a réellement été pris en compte. Seul point positif : les femmes de ménage, qui ont été adorables et professionnelles. En revanche, le reste du personnel s’est montré peu aimable, peu attentif et parfois désagréable.
