"We stayed at Pine Lake Resort as a couple and specifically chose and paid for a lodge because we wanted to enjoy the lake-view patio. This was a major reason for choosing the resort. We were not aware that some of the lodges, particularly several located at the back/end of the resort, do not have any lake view. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we discovered that our lodge was one of these properties, with no lake view at all. We spoke to reception, but were told that the resort was fully...

"Really close to everything, we stayed on a Sunday night on the ground floor and there was no noise. Underfloor heating was a great surprise! only thing that we’d change is the “dress” in the room looked very old - perhaps if the costumes were newer we would have tried them on. However it did fit the theme! Lovely room for a short unique stay."

"Hotel was very central for shops restaurants pubs and beach . Parked the car in a car park not too far away which was free for people with disability badge . Breakfast was okay . Liked the cheap drinks in an afternoon. Nice view of the sea from bedroom , shame about the rubbish outside the window. Huge comfortable bed , the bathroom door kept sticking . Kettle and coffee machine supplied but there was no socket near them ."

"Didn’t love this hotel. The noise from outside was disturbing and the room was cold no matter how we managed the air conditioning. Really annoying that they place £100 on a card and don’t release it for a whole month. Didn’t feel particularly welcomed on check in and breakfast always felt like we were an inconvenience. Won’t stay again."
