"Customer service was top notch. When checking in an older gentlemen showed us to our room and explained all of the functionality of the room. We also asked the front desk for some suggestions on restaurants in the area and they were more than willing to provide their local opinion. "Stayed 5 nights in the deluxe ocean suite. Amazing room with a great view. Service was amazing from start to finish. Biggest disappointment was the beach. The beach gets very shallow in the afternoon and there are lots of rocks which make it unsuitable for swimming. Also marine activities are sometimes not available and a bit pricier than other places. Outdoor pool area is nice but you have to pay extra for the cabanas. Overall great place for a relaxing vacation but if you're someone who...

"Location is great but you definitely need the car to travel around. It is closed to the Aqua Grace Chapel and beaches (7 mins drive). The view is amazing, I watched the sunrise from the rooftop. The host sent us a very clear direction and instruction, so I didn't have any problem getting there. The jacuzzi is the big bonus while you can enjoy the view of the ocean. I would recommend to have a double bed instead of two single beds in the unit since it's quite a romantic place to stay. "
