"Out look of villa was good, just like the photos However, functions are a little old. Bathroom water supplies are slow and low powered. Towels are inadequate and are only replaced when requested. Access to villa is difficult, up slope and is pretty secluded."

Rooms are clean well appointed has an excellent rooftop pool and great views over Jerman beach, friendly staff , good breakfast and a walk across the road to the beach itself. Walkable into main area of Kuta but far enough out to be in a quieter area "
