"This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Located in the centre of the theatre District you are stones through away from major attractions. The staff were accommodating and polite. The rooms was not as clean as I thought it would be. There was here in the bathroom and the basin stopped. Cork didn’t work properly. It was lovely to have air-conditioning and a nice comfy bed. Would definitely stay there again."

"Pros: Clean room, air conditioning was nice, and the location was great. So close to so many shops, food, theaters etc. Hotel is also right next to the underground. Staff was nice, some were more helpful than others. Cons: The price for what you get is not great. You’re essentially paying for the convenience of the location.
