"The stuff was very polite and attentive from the butler to the drivers that drive you around the property. Although you have to wait on a ride around the property the wait wasn't very long. The Food was good and they kept the drinks coming. Did get to enjoy the beach much because of the seaweeds but they have plenty of pools you will enjoy."

"Loved the property…staff were nice! Just one thing I would have loved free shuttle to and from the airport. À shuttle to the beer by town of playa Del Carmen. Taxis are super expensive and so are the car services. An all inclusive with 5 diamonds can do these little upgrades and would notice a huge difference."

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"The owner and his family are the staff, and they are the most helpful and friendly people I've ever encountered on vacation. The owner Miguel had all the recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area me and my girlfriend asked for. He was very professional and courteous. "Another great visit to HBR. The staff was once again great. There weren’t as many people in both HBR and the larger neighboring properties, but there still was a nice amount of activities and entertainment, and the people (some usuals, some new folks) were lovely and good fun. The spa staff was once again great on HBR’s Sunday afternoon spa takeover which was fun as usual. The food was good, and the restaurants on the larger property once again offered nice choices. They also had a new wine...
