"No funcionaba el ventilador no era lo que se veia en las fotos"

"Muy bien! Solo la tienda y el restaurante mal surtidos."

"Todo excelente, el lugar increíble, la comida rica, todos son muy atentos"

"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "

"Increíble el servicio, el hotel precioso. La atención de todo el personal fue de primera, sobretodo del mayordomo de nuestra zona, fueron super serviciales y amables. Todo fue excelente y pasamos una estancia maravillosa e inolvidable."

"This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

"Enjoyed the stay"

"Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going."

"Great service, staff was mostly awesome, food was"

"This property was amazing. The grounds were incredibly manicured and lush. Cute picture opportunities, very romantic. The food was good with the French restaurant being the best meal we had. Consistent service . Preferred club concierge was very attentive. Rooms were gorgeous! We took advantage of both the tub on the balcony and inside the room after a full day on the beach. The musical entertainers were outstanding throughout the resort. There was a lot of activities and we did find it a little...

"El lugar muy agradable y limpio, solo hubo problema al hacer el check in, no había nadie, no tenía instrucciones claras y después de que me comuniqué, la persona que nos recibió tardó 20 min en llegar"

"Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus."

"Beautiful property, beautiful beach. A tropical paradise."

"We have been to Akumal Bay 5 times, we love it. Best snorkeling beach. And the beach is so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. Everything was wonderful."

"The property was very nice and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and our concierge was very attentive and helpful. The check in and restaurant reservation process could be improved, but overall we had a great time and an excellent trip."

"Excelentes instalaciones muy limpias, personal muy amable y atentos. Excelente menú y sabor de los desayunos y comidas. La habitación muy cómoda y excelente vista a la alberca y playa."
