"The description on Expedia did not mention that the family rooms have shared washrooms. Not the hotel's fault, but still an irritant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, when we found out about the shared washrooms and showers and I could not cancel the stay, they helped me get a room with a washroom and shower on the same level for my girlfriend and daughter.
