"The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. "it was a welcommed break from visiting family in Jamaica, having time away was ideal. The kids loved the pool and if they had there way would have spent all day in the pool. Staff lovely - helped us with directions at the taxi driver got lost. They always had a smile and would ask us everyday if we needed anything. will be going back again next year this time for longer than a week."
