"The water park was amazing. The Beach Oasis Bar is the heated pool and swim up bar on the Grand side. (It was my favorite one). The kids club game room was “Out of service,” which was disappointing because the VR/arcade room they enforced 10 and up. The beach was not so great. Seemed like a man made beach. "It was very clean. The food was amazing everywhere we want to eat. The food was 10 out of 10. The rooms were huge and beautiful. I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. Sometimes I would catch people rolling their eyes and just being very dry, but when we went on tours the staff on the tours and excursions were amazing very friendly very nice. I do have to say,...

"Superb location, about an hour SW from Montego Bay. Property delightful and well maintained. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent food with plenty of choices, and in an area of many other options …just walk down the beach in either direction to find additional dining options. Very clean beach and swimming areas, plus pristine pools and hot tub. Great staff; very responsive. "

"We travelled with 5 in our party for a total of 3 rooms and met our friends there. The property is pristine and the staff are all AMAZING. The food and beverages were all delicious. The staff sets this place a part, very accommodating and friendly! I love the "Welcome Home" because it truly feels like a family at Travellers. The property gives back to the community in big ways and nyou can tell that the staff truly love their jobs and feel valued by management! "
