"My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Princess Senses. We stayed on the adults only side of the resort. Beautiful location. It's a solid 1 hr plus from the airport in Montego Bay. "We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were very nice to have, especially since we had two kids with us. There were plenty of choices for restaurants, easy to get reservations, and our kids took advantage of the snorkel gear, basketball courts, and swimming pools. We mostly loved the beaches and clear blue water that the kids loved swimming in every day! Our first day started off rocky with our reservations either being incorrect or our room was simply not ready when we were scheduled to arrive...

"Buffett was terrible, food sat out for what looked like hours. Wait staff was not friendly and seemed as if everything was a hassle, even just getting coffee. The only way to get decent service was to ensure you left a modest tip, for everything, the staff definitely talks to each other and labels those who don’t tip well or at all. It was very obvious"

"No AC in the garden rooms it was so hot the ac units are badly out dated it only worked for an hour bugs in the shower we asked for a fan and the staff kept passing it off to different people no one provided a fan or a room change when I say it was hotter in the room than outside I mean it !! Worse experience by far and we come to Jamaica every two months we will not stay there ever again the distance to the room is horrible small parking lot so just take a uber not the cleanest room either some...
