"Its the nicest hotel I ever stayed "

"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. The surroundings and hotel garden was stunning, beautiful villas with top of the line equipment and sparkling clean. "It’s a very nice boutique hotel, near center of ubud , but you need r transport as the hotel has limited shuttle, service and staff were excellent , but being small ,, there are shortfalls , bress as kfast is lacking in quantity and choice , no tv , no slippers , bathrobes , etc "
