" Lovely spacious room. Good range of amenities. Tea, coffee in room and you just help yourself for refills. Good sized bathroom, and the shower was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Fresh breakfast with plenty of choice. Hotel is close to attractions and restaurants. Quiet area. Would recommend and would stay again. "

"Lovely hotel. Feels new and fresh. Huge room.there was a king bed and large single in a separate alcove. Good heating controls, lights and sockets. Full length mirror with light and socket for the hairdryer - a convenience so often missed by hotels. Big bathroom with rainfall and handheld showers. Entry at all levels with key card. Kept my bags before and after check-in/out. Location very central right next to Liverpool One but up a lane so was quiet. Fab "

"very near to albert dock but quite far from bold street and city center(15-20mins walking), staff was helpful, room nice, i looveee the blanket! "

"The room we had room559 was not has good has the other rooms we have stayed in. It was dark because there was only a slim side window, there was dust and cobwebs on the window so the room obviously wasn’t cleaned that well and the air con wasn’t working 🙁 the staff are friendly as we know must of them has we visit 5-6 times a year."

"Stayed for two nights and had a great time. It was a family trip so having the pool was great considering the wet and windy weather on one of the days. Very close walk to the city centre as well as all the famous football grounds. Staff were absolutely superb. Would definitely stay there again."
