The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. "Having stopped at the Holborn Hoxton many times, we have this one a go when visiting nearby for a party. The rooms were nice - nicer than the Holborn hotel, with higher ceilings making them feel roomier. Decor is great throughout the hotel and staff were friendly. Only major downfall is the breakfast - the full English is missing many components, and those there were pretty lacklustre, apart from the bacon. Service was confused, brining me 2 coffees, neither of which seemed to be a flat white...
