"We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely! "

"Muy linda la ambientación del hotel, mi habitación de cama king size tenía buen tamaño, solo no hay cajoneras ni repisas para poner la ropa excepto el área de colgar las prendas.
