"Wasn’t told when booking that you have to pre book the pool for 30 minute slots. Was fully booked up. No flexibility. Spa weekend ruined. Cleaning carts in the corridor when checking in. Not a great experience."

"Great location and friendly staff. We had a lovely view of Katherine Docks from our room. We had a standard room & although it was looking a little tired the room was big and had everything we needed. Breakfast was £25 each so we opted for the Costa next door instead. It was open from 6:30am on a Sunday so a much cheaper option. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Concierge services should add shopping luggage and items for guests who need to leave things behind or send this home ahead of departure. This would be a huge help!"

"The hotel was in the ideal location had everything you needed on the doorstep. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was warm and comfortable though slightly dated compared to the foyer but was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely lots of choice. Would definitely stay again "

"Great continental breakfast with good selection of hot food, breads and pastries. Location is fantastic at close walking distance to tube station. Overall condition is great and the room size is decent with good tv selection, inclusive of Netflix and YouTube. Only downside is the lack of AC so you will need to open the windows to ventilate and there isn't temperature control. A heater is present though. "

"Staff were not knowledgeable, helpful or even friendly. Totally useless good at gossip. Also, wanted to stay an extra night as I couldn’t be bothered to look for another place and they wanted to double the fee. I left and found hotel much cheaper, better, larger and the staff were great. The rooms at Z could not even fit a large suitcase. Paying $250 was dumb!"

"From the moment me and my son stepped foot into the Clermont we were treated so well. The reception staff treated me and my son very well with a free upgrade, free drinks and a clermont teddy and Easter gift for him. They really couldn’t have done enough for us. We checked in early as the room was ready, the room was very clean, big and also very quiet, we slept so well for being in central London and couldn’t hear any outdoor noise. The location was perfect we walked to lots of local landmarks including Buckingham palace and the London eye. The breakfast was very good, we also had eggs and porridge made to order at no extra cost, my son is still talking about this hotel and really wants to go back, so do I. As a mum and son on are own in London I wasn’t sure how I would feel but I felt very safe staying here and would recommend to others, thank you for a lovely stay and see you in the summer."
