Amazing!

An excellent holiday in this outstanding hotel located in the best location in Abu Dhabi. There is a great choice of restaurants, and the best staff you will find anywhere. One of the many reasons we keep returning.

Went to Royal Max after being recommended by friends. Hotel was absolutely fantastic, reallly friendly staff, great choice of restaurants, good entertainment and plenty to keep you busy throughout the day. Looking forward to going back next year.

Excellent from the moment we arrived.The service the staff were amazing.Also the food was also excellent.

On the plus side this is an excellent hotel, superb spa facility and pool, serves good food and staff deliver great service. The only negative is that for teenagers there really is nothing to do.

We booked the holiday literally two days before leaving as originally were going to Marrakesh. We were very pleased with the reception staff and the guest relations manger Sid came and explained to us the facilities at the all inclusive resort. As much as I'd like to keep this hotel a secret I can't. I feel its only right and just to let the whole world know how amazing it is. The new build us complete and is stunning. All inclusive is more than you'd hope. It includes 3 restaurants (Italian - excellent, seafood and international), a pattiserrie and cafe, excellent usual restaurant food with varied alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. enjoyed all the time we were there especially the adult section. A la Carte restaurants not easy to get into but food was good in A La Carte restaurants Divan restaurant was ok on some days, but also a bit boring,catering too much for the 'English' taste . However the speciality days the food very good. Could do with a bit more Turkish influence in the entertainment area as have been to other hotels in Antalya and we felt we were in Turkey not England!!

I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help. WB Hilton was an amazing stay from start to finish. The brilliant, friendly entire team, from reception through to poolside breakfast and cleaning, were all super super amazing. A special thanks goes to Mavin at poolside, who really went that extra step to look after us, pulling in additional shade umbrellas, keeping the cool boxes topped up with water and towels ready and prepped on the loungers for all five of us. Thought the staff in general from the room attendants to the beach staff were all highly professional .Everyone always had a smile on their face and nothing was too difficult . I'm certainly looking forward to my return in April, I just hope the weather is a bit better [ ha ha ]

Overall amazing stay - very friendly staff (shoutout to Venu in kids club!), excellent breakfast and great gym. Looking forward to coming back!

Excellent customer service. Starting on my arrival- warm welcome, checked in a few hours earlier, in restaurant service very good, great food by one of top chief, high experience spa therapist. Until end of my stay management make my stay unforgettable. Experience of modern and heritage (Arabic designer) of the Ajman Saray.
