"Great location to Mother beach across the street...take advantage of the paddleboarding (this was complimentary but you need to get the coupon code from the front desk and reserve online). Venice beach is a bit farther to walk, but very doable or rent a bike from the hotel, dont forget to ask for your beach pack, it said it comes with waters and a snack (ours didnt have any snack) there was chapstick and sun block.
