"This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."

"Staff were very helpful especially on the front desk. Room was clean. The health club is separate to the hotel but access is granted by swapping your room key for a gym fob. Riverside views from the room. The chrome cast in our room didn’t work, the staff offered to switch our rooms, but we’d just asked for the twin beds to be made into 2 singles, so remained for the convenience. We noticed a foul smell from the wardrobe which soaked into my friend’s clothes that she hung in there. We’re not...

"Ok but the standard has dropped Staff wise Minor items such as no face cloths in. Bathroom now not shower caps I asked housekeeper who said No all changed you get nothing now But you can buy from downstairs I would rather go somewhere who appreciates our business. The reason we return is because of Matthew but now we know he has moved to Euston branch we will possibly look at alternatives Such as intercontinental I believe you might lose a lot of regulars due to Matthew going Breakfast...

"Very happy with our stay. Unfortunately we had an issue with the air conditioner in our room (was unlucky this was during a heatwave) but it was able to be fixed enough for it to work, unfortunately it was still making weird noises during our stay. Brought it up during check out, and was told they’d get it looked at again, so it shouldn’t be a problem anymore. As for the room was very nice and cleaned well every day of our stay. We really enjoyed the fresh water and coffee available at reception...

"Such a great spot. One stop from O2 and near shops and restaurants. Very quiet and all amenities catered for. Rooms are very small so be aware. I would like to see a slightly better deal on the smaller rooms. It would make me more likely to return."
