It’s such an impressive building and location but theirs absolutely no atmosphere in it, background music boring , seating uncomfortably in lobby area and a convenience shop that is more expensive than Tiffany’s . The hotel is excellent. The staff is great! Not only was I checked in early, but I was given an upgrade to my room with an excellent view. I come to New York often and I definitely want to stay here again.
