"Best hotel we stayed at in our whole trip. The room was a much welcomed change to the standard small hotel rooms in Japan that we got for the same cost, breakfast buffet was good though the food was the same on the 2 days we tried it. There are plenty of good restaurants to try within a few minutes walk and the bus stops right in front of the hotel were convenient. I wish we stayed longer but will definitely be back on our next trip. "

"Everything superb. Room with onsen was amazing. Staff beyond belief. Breakfast tasty and varied. Across the bridge is an excellent sushi restaurant. Only downside is location requires shuttle or taxi to get to Gora Station. They provide free shuttle from 10 am to 6 pm. Also, we don’t like western dinners and that’s all that was available. Highly recommended."

"Das Zimmer war, wie in Japan üblich, sehr sauber und hatte alles Nötige. Geschlafen habe ich das erste Mal.auf dem Boden, aber erstaunlich gut. Als wir da waren, war es sehr frostig draußen, aber über die Klimaanlage kann man schnell die gewünschte Zimmertemperatur erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilsbereit, der Aufenthalt im Onsen war wunderbar. Beim Frühstück hat man die Auswahl zwischen japanischem oder westlichen Frühstück, war beides gut. Wir waren für 2 Tage dort nach einem...

"The photos do not do it justice. This house is immaculate! I love the smell of new construction. Every room was nicely done, super clean, full amenities, everything you'd need to be comfortable. An easy 8-10 min walk from the train station even with rolling our carry on luggage. The 7-11 store is about a 3 min walk. There are about 2-3 bus stops very close to the house depending on which route you're heading to. This was a good base to stay for the Hakone loop. We walked to the Open Air Museum...

"Beautiful Mt Fuji views from our suite. The most incredible and responsive service from the front office staff who provided efficient and timely transportation by shuttle to nearby bus/transportation stops as well as to dinner and even the conbini one night when the only restaurant that was open (Jan 1) was full. It is definitely a food desert in that area, but we made do just fine. We enjoyed the shared onsen which was not busy at all. "

"We stayed in this hotel for one night to have an authentic Japanese experience with a private onsen. The rooms very large and it was a bit too big for two people. I think it would be better for a larger group, and the price would also be justified. Other than that, we had a great stay. "
