"The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. Our private onsen was something out of a movie. And it’s a superb place for kids — many fun little treats everywhere. Very much recommend. However, if your kid is an adventurous eater, make sure they do not serve them the kids meal Kaiseki. It is definitely subpar fast food level. Pre-order the adult version because you can’t change on the spot."

"出来て四年目の施設でとても綺麗でした。 従業員の方々皆さん素敵な笑顔で出迎えてくださいました。お風呂のタイル画（特に富士山）が素敵でした。遊歩道散策用にベンチコートの用意もしてありました。近くにコンビニがあるのも便利で良いです。お料理もとても美味しかったです☆また伺いたい宿です。"

"ハイアットにも関わらずラウンジのサービスがないのが残念。16年前に泊まった時は無料のラウンジサービスがあったように記憶しているが今はウェルカムドリンクのみになっていた。補助ベッドはレベルが低い。古い施設ではあるがメンテはしっかりされている。朝食で卵料理のオーダーをはじめに取る割には運んでくる順番がおかしかったり正しいオーダーのものではなかったり機能的なサービスではなかった。"

"Gorgeous room, but not a tattoo friendly onsen. Luckily the tub was big and deep. Not a lot of restaurants or shops around but its a good location away from the crowds and easy access to the ropeways. "

"Our first stay in a Rakuten property and it won’t be our last. Loved the room, which was more an apartment really. Every thing we would or could need was provided though I wasn’t expecting a telescope to see the stars! Check in was digital and very easy. Welcome pack was unexpected and very good - especially the red wine. Loved the private onsen and balcony foot spa. There was also a sauna but we didn’t use that. 10/10. "

"Stayed here for the one night and it was a gem, literally a few steps from the train station. Clean and comfortable room and loved having a curtain for more privacy. The staff was very helpful and wonderful with their service, the facilities were very clean and the onsite onsen was the highlight of the night you can unwind and just relax. Theres restaurants walking distance with good options. Would definitely recommend staying at this hostel."

"This hotel was very nice. Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed. My only comment here is that we had requested a river view. There is construction across the river so it wasn't the beautiful view I was expecting. Of course that is not the hotel's fault, but it is worth noting. The staff was wonderful! Very helpful. "Great place for a large group or family. Bus stop is right outside, convenience store one bus stop away. It is further away from the touristy areas, but that was what we wanted. Private indoor/outdoor onsen is a plus. They provide all the basics needed for everyday hygiene, and cooking. We definitely enjoyed our stay. "
