"The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location. The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"

"Amazing ryoken in Gora. Close to Gora station for access to the Cable Car to the Hakone Ropeway. 15 minute walk to the Hakone Open Air museum and steps from Gora Park. Rooms are beautifully appointed, open air room onsen was a plus. Public onsen and sauna also top notch. Free snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages. Staff were incredibly attentive. "Traditional ryokan in for the night was lovely! Room was very traditional and staff were polite. We had breakfast and dinner which was interestin. The views and private onsen were lovely and I felt very relaxed there. Only improvements would be to allow luggage storage/transport to station and cleaner onsen. "

"The Ajisai Onsen Ryokan was an amazing experience. The hotel is small, quaint, peaceful and the Onsen's are fantastic. There are not enough words to describe the staff.
