Hotel dekat Petempich Bay

"This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

"Everything about the property was stellar."

"Áreas limpias personal servicial , buena ubicación albercas limpias"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was pretty good at every meal. However, the property felt outdated and could use some renovations and better maintenance. The road leading to the hotel was in such poor condition that we initially thought we were going to the wrong place. The staff were generally helpful, but the service was average rather than exceptional."

"Keep it that way"

"I personally would not stay here again. I thought the rooms were outdated and the staff wasn't very helpful. I have vacationed in Mexico many times and I have stayed at way better resorts."

"Ideal para familias con hijos. El área de alberca con juegos para los chiquitos, toboganes, muro de escalar, tirolesa para los más grandes, río lento. Y el Kids club súper útil para que los niños se entretengan y los papás descansen un rato. También tienen una sala con juegos para los más grandes pero tienen horas familiares en las que pueden ingresar los chiquitos con papás. Los shows de la noche muy padres, nos tocó halloween y día de muertos y unas mega producciones. El personal muy atento...

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more."

"Nos gustó mucho el hotel, se ve que está nuevo, con buenas amenidades, las camas deliciosas, todo muy limpio, excelente la atención del personal, tuvimos la oportunidad de cenar en el restaurante del hotel y todo muy rico. Mi único pero seria la ubicación pues no tiene centros comerciales, restaurantes, ni atractivos cerca pero en general el hotel está excelente."

"Ok"

"Great hotel and amazing staff. Very clean and good service"

"This was a getaway with my two adult sons. We had a Master Premium suite and honestly, this place knocked it out of the ballpark. The room was very comfortable, well appointed. The housekeeping staff were attentive with twice a day visits. Turndown service at night and general cleaning in the morning. The food was excellent. This is a smaller resort so not quite as many choices as might be found in larger places. It's strongly advised that you book all your dinner reservations at the...

"It was our first visit to Cancun and we enjoyed everything about it. Staff was great and the food was as well."
