"Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return My wife and I booked a 4-night all-inclusive stay at Secrets Aura Cozumel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was our room. When we first arrived, we immediately noticed a strong sewage/portable toilet smell, visible mold, and overall poor cleanliness. We reported the issues right away and were told that housekeeping would come clean the room, but we were not offered a room change or any other solution. Housekeeping...

"Lovely peaceful place to stay. Staff vey helpful. Dealt immediately with a water off issue. On site managers were great! Need to use Google translate fir mire cimplicated requests but this worked well. Cooking facilites and balcony wonderful."

"This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again"

"All employees are super friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful and upbeat. We didn't get the meal plans that is now $70/person/day with a limited menu compared to pre covid. But the food they have is great and drinks are great. The worst part is there is not hot water to shower consistently. Late afternoon is very hot water, late at night no hot water, early morning sometimes hot water sometimes no hot water. Rooms are clean. Housekeeping was not always great at putting fresh towels....
