"La relación precio calidad fue buena. La atención del personal muy buena. Lo que más nos gustó fue que, aun con el calor de Cozumel y que la recepción y alimentos no fueran climatizados, se hacía ameno el estar en la naturaleza y ver variedad de animales silvestres durante las caminadas en el hotel. Los cuartos eran cómodos y había limpieza diaria. Nos faltó aprovechar los equipos de snorquel pero íbamos en modo relax, por lo que se disfrutó la estadía. "

What really pleased us is when my son had an earache we were going to take a taxi to the pharmacy, they called the pharmacy themselves, ordered the medication for us, and had it delivered to the hotel within 45 minutes! "We had a great two days here, the staff is amazing and so nice, they were very considerate. Erika, Saul, and Christian were especially nice and went out of their way to help us. Erika made my partners birthday more special with some wine sent to the room and all the food we had at dinner was great as well, some of the best AI food (from the menu, we didn’t try the buffet). Shout out to the diving shop at the resort too, they squeezed in a dive for us and Gregory and the shop owner helped us out...
