Only thing was the beach had some sarcasm as we expected due to the season so mainly use the pool. Only downfall from our experience was not having the menu information for room service and the hotel details in our room, which I notified them about and they never were able to provide that booklet in the room. "The hotel is pretty dated. Room really small, little beach, and every morning they scrap the bottom of the beach to prevent sea grass is bad because it distorts the environment. I would not recommend that hotel. I only stayed for 1 night in my flight back and it ended the high note I had with my spectacular 5 days in Punta Cocos in Isla Holbox."

"The food is not so great , the servers are not so attentive food was the same almost every dayyyy … Bartenders were the best specially Israel love his atmosphere… Missed my shuttle back to the airport when I clearly asked the front desk if they had showed up but no towels for pool can only be giving to you before 4 which is ridiculous pool is open until 8 … it’s not a front beach hotel I would rate a 5 out of 10"

"Can’t actually make any restaurant reservations. Buffet line and food is worse than your local Chinese restaurant. pool looks like an ant pile of people. Worst resort we’ve ever stayed in. I think it would be good for a family that’s from the area that wants a quick weekend getaway. But it’s not even remotely close to any type of luxury stay."
