"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The convenience of where it is located in addition to the amenities that it provides was something I enjoyed. One of the restaurants is closed which was a bit disappointing because I had limited food options within the hotel along with it only having one open bar. Great staff that is working around the clock to please all tourists, especially Carlos that welcomed us almost every day at every meal, breakfast lunch and dinner, going extra miles to make us feel good and pleased. The resort was so welcoming with a nice glass of champagne when we arrived and a nice sweet gift in the last day...
