"The rooms were well maintained. Cleaning staff was on point daily! The wait staff and entertainment crew were 5 stars, fabulous!! The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. My only big complaint is the pool access. There was no easy way into and out of the pool for someone who is disabled(like I am)."

"The room smelled like mold. The shower head had mold on it and so did the AC vents. The place itself didnāt look clean. It was rather run down. There were parts of the wood flooring that were caved in on the main floor. There were actual pallets just left out on the floor to cover the holes. The photos on the website were misleading. This place is 6.0 stars at best. The only good part was the staff, minus the cleaning and maintenance staff who need to do their jobs better."

"The location is great. An easy walk to a verity of restaurants, shopping and grocery needs. Condo was well equipped and clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist with any needs. Clarification on beach front; absolutely beachfront but no usable beach. Pool area clean. Public jacuzzi is not hot and no way to adjust the timer that is currently set to shut off every 5 minutes."
