"Great room with cooking faculities, staff were super helpfull and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location which is a short and pleasant walk into Cambridge centre. You get what you pay for at this hotel which is an all round luxurious hotel experience."

Smelly bathroom, noisy fridge, very light in room at night due to fire exit light in room ...hard pillows. Also very glad breakfast wasn't included based on what we saw. Overpriced for what it is. "

Breakfast was lovely with a freshly cooked hot option plus a very tempting array of pastries, freshly prepared fruit, cereals and yoghurt with healthy toppings plus cheese and meats if you fancied. "The worst service. Location is a 30 minute walk away from High Street. Amenities were slim and poorly maintained. The restaurant is highly priced for food, coffee and beverages that aren't close to being freshly made. Some of the breakfast items were microwaved packages food, yet the cost was premium. Wi-fi is spotty around the grounds. Staff is truly unhelpful in every regard and will not go out of their way to assist you during your stay. There were many times that we asked for basic things,...

"Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean. The grounds are lovely with flowers, fountains trees and lots of places to sit outside. Free coffee and tea available all day. Thames river walks nearby. I’d definitely stay again "
